Billing

Credits

Influxion uses pre-paid credits for system access.

In the upper right corner of influxion.io, click your username to open the dropdown. Your currently available credits are listed here. For additional details and actions, select Billing.

Your current credit balance is listed along with your transaction history.

Add Credits

To purchase additional credits on the Billing page:

1. Click Add Credits.
2. Fill in the amount to add ($5 minimum).
3. Click Continue to be taken to the Stripe checkout page.
4. Enter your payment information and click Pay.
5. You will be returned to the Billing page.

In most cases your credits will be available immediately and your balance will already be updated. If they do not appear after a few minutes, please contact support@influxion.io.

Restrictions

Currently, only customers with U.S. billing addresses are supported.
